Cluster Manager

Key Responsibilities:

● Oversee operations of multiple retail stores within the assigned cluster to ensure
consistency in performance and customer experience.

● Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to achieve individual store targets and
overall cluster goals.

● Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales growth, conversion rate,
average transaction value, shrinkage, and customer satisfaction.

● Implement company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and promotional
campaigns effectively across all stores.

● Ensure effective inventory management, stock availability, and visual merchandising in
all stores.

● Conduct regular store audits to ensure operational compliance and identify areas of
improvement.

● Manage manpower planning, recruitment, training, and performance management of
store teams.

● Analyze sales reports and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and
improvement.

● Act as the communication link between stores and the regional/corporate team.

● Drive customer engagement strategies and manage escalated customer issues.

● Plan and coordinate new store openings or renovations within the cluster.
Requirements:

● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,or related field (MBA preferred).

● 5 years of experience in retail operations, with at least 3 years in a multi-store
supervisory role.

● Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

● Proven experience in managing store-level teams and achieving sales targets.

● Solid understanding of retail KPIs, inventory control, and operational processes.

● Proficient in MS Office and retail management systems (POS, ERP, etc.).
