Client Acquisition
Coordinating with walk-in clients at the site, understanding their requirements, and guiding them through the available flats.

Client Consultation
Explain project details, pricing, payment plans, home loans, and documentation to help clients confidently purchase flats.

Market Understanding
Stay updated with property prices, nearby projects, and market trends to effectively position and sell the flats.

Property Marketing
Promote flats through digital platforms, property portals, social media, and offline marketing activities to generate buyer enquiries.

Site Visits
Accompany clients during site visits, explain project features, amenities, and benefits to help them visualize their future home.

Closing the Deal
Assist clients throughout the booking process and coordinate with the sales team to ensure successful closure.

Qualifications
1-2 years' of sales experience
Self-motivated and entrepeneurial
Strong communication skills
