Hiring Chemistry Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) – AI Response Evaluation | Remote

Endeavor Academy is looking for Chemistry PhD professionals to evaluate AI-generated content for a global educational and scientific information client.

Location:

India & Philippines (Remote)
Compensation: 300 per hour
Duration:
April 2026 – December 2026 (Extension Possible)

Required Qualifications

• PhD in Organic Chemistry, Medicinal Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, Inorganic Chemistry, Process Chemistry, or related fields.

• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience after PhD completion (Mandatory).

• Strong research and publication background.

• Practical experience using Reaxys in academic or industry research.

Candidates must clearly demonstrate:
When Reaxys was used
Why Reaxys was selected for research activities
How Reaxys was utilized for reaction searches, compound analysis, synthetic route identification, and literature reviews

• Strong English communication skills.

• Based in India or the Philippines.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and evaluate AI-generated chemistry responses.

• Assess scientific accuracy, completeness, and relevance.

• Apply evaluation rubrics and quality standards.

• Provide expert feedback and corrections.

• Complete evaluations within specified timelines.

• Support ongoing quality assurance initiatives.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience teaching undergraduate or postgraduate chemistry.

• Pharmaceutical or industrial research experience.

• Previous AI evaluation or content review experience.
