Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Field Trial Specialist to support the testing and implementation of our organic fertilizers. This is an on-site role based in Bihar. Responsibilities include coordinating and overseeing field trials with partner farms, monitoring crop performance, providing technical guidance on fertilizer use, troubleshooting any related issues, and ensuring proper reporting and data collection. The specialist will also assist in training farmers and stakeholders to maximize the effectiveness of our products.

Qualifications

Strong analytical skills to measure and assess trial data effectively.
Excellent communication skills to build relationships with farmers and stakeholders.
Proficiency in problem-solving and troubleshooting agricultural issues during field trials.
Ability to provide effective customer service and training to empower farmers and partners.
Willingness to work on-site in field conditions and travel to different regional farm locations.
Background in agriculture, agronomy, or related fields is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Agriculture Science, Environmental Science, or a relevant discipline preferred.
