Role Description  This is a full-time, on-site role for LED Technicians & Operators based in Mumbai. The role involves installing, configuring, and operating LED display systems for events, venues, and permanent setups. Responsibilities include managing daily equipment checks, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensure optimal safety. The role also includes coordinating with project managers, event teams, and other technicians to support setup, testing, live operations, and dismantling of LED systems.

Accurate documentation of work performed, adherence to safety protocols, and maintaining organized inventory of LED equipment and accessories are key parts of the day-to-day work.
Qualifications
Technical skills in installation, configuration, and operation of LED display systems and related hardware.
Ability to perform basic electrical and electronic troubleshooting, including cabling, connectivity, and signal flow.

Experience with video playback systems, controllers, and software interfaces used for LED operations.
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and commitment to quality, punctuality, and safety.
Effective teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with event crews, clients, and internal stakeholders.
Prior experience in event production, AV, or stage technology is an advantage.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and event-driven schedules as needed.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, audiovisual technology, or a related field is preferred.
