We are looking for a seasoned professional to lead the West Region Sea Logistics operations covering Mumbai, Ahmedabad & Pune branches.
Location:
Mumbai
CTC: ₹15–25 LPA
⏳ Notice Period:
Max 30 Days Preferred
What We’re Looking For:
✔ 10+ years in Freight Forwarding / Sea Logistics
✔ Experience managing a team of 15–20 members
✔ Strong exposure to regional operations management
✔ Expertise in customer retention, operational excellence & productivity management
✔ Strong understanding of P&L, GP, forecasting & operational KPIs
✔ Ability to drive SOPs, process improvements & service delivery standards
✔ Systems savvy with operational reporting tools
✔ MBA in Logistics preferred
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead and manage Ocean Freight operations for West Region
✅ Drive operational efficiency and productivity targets
✅ Build strong customer and stakeholder relationships
✅ Handle resource planning, hiring & team development
✅ Monitor operational risks and ensure compliance
✅ Improve customer experience and retention strategies
✅ Drive performance through SOPs, KPIs & continuous improvements
Candidates currently in Sr. Manager / Regional leadership roles with strong freight forwarding experience are highly preferred.
