Controller, Accounting, Accounts Receivable​/ Collections

A growing organization is seeking a hands-on Project Controller to join its finance team immediately. This role is ideal for an accounting professional who enjoys balancing transactional responsibilities with process improvement opportunities and thrives in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

• Reconcile and balance multiple bank accounts while researching and resolving discrepancies
• Verify deposits and communicate with banking partners regarding account activity and questions
• Support Accounts Payable activities, assisting with overflow processing and vendor-related inquiries
• Assist with Accounts Receivable functions, including preparing and organizing customer statements
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation in a largely paper-based environment
• Identify opportunities to streamline, automate, and improve accounting processes

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting experience in a similar role
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
• Experience with intercompany accounting and account reconciliations
• Exposure to consolidated financial reporting
• Self-starter who proactively identifies work that needs to be completed
• Comfortable asking questions and challenging processes to drive improvement

• $83,200+ based on experience
