Key Responsibilities for the Controller:

• Oversee general ledger, journal entries, and account reconciliations

• Manage accounts payable, receivable backup, and bank reconciliations

• Lead month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes

• Handle inventory accounting, fixed assets, and reporting analysis

• Prepare tax filings (sales/use, fuel taxes) and annual 1099s

• Support audit preparation and financial reporting activities

Qualifications for the Controller:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (or equivalent experience)

• Strong general ledger and balance sheet reconciliation expertise

• Experience with full-cycle accounting and close processes

• Background in audit support, financial reporting, or multi-entity environments

Salary : $75,000 - $100,000
