Controller Position

We are looking for a Controller to join a growing international manufacturing organization in Muncie, Indiana. This role will oversee core accounting operations, support accurate and timely financial reporting, and help guide budgeting and close activities. The ideal candidate brings strong technical accounting knowledge, sound judgment, and the ability to maintain a well-controlled financial environment. Responsibilities include leading monthly, quarterly, and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and timely reporting, managing general ledger activity, performing and overseeing account reconciliations, preparing financial statements and related reports in compliance with US GAAP and internal requirements, coordinating budgeting activities, monitoring performance against plan, and providing variance analysis to leadership.

Additionally, the Controller will support the use of SAP for accounting and reporting processes, helping maintain reliable financial data, and partner with cross-functional teams to improve financial visibility and support operational decision-making.
