Responsibilities
- Assist with board and committee management tasks, including meeting notes and presentations.
- Prepare grant drafts and conduct research for programs such as Mayor’s Arts Awards, Artist Spotlight, First Thursday, public art, tabling, and outreach.
- Support operations by researching and writing communications, and assisting with building management administrative duties such as file management.
- Provide overall administrative support for the Muncie Arts and Culture Council.
- Must be pre‑approved through the Financial Aid Office.
- Must have a high school diploma or GED.
- Student must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
- Student must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the financial aid office.
- Student must have a current FAFSA on file.
- Prior office experience is preferred.
- Interest in arts and culture is preferred.
- A criminal background check will be completed on the selected applicant.
