Off Campus Federal Study, Muncie Arts Administration Assistant

Responsibilities

• Assist with board and committee management tasks, including meeting notes and presentations.
• Prepare grant drafts and conduct research for programs such as Mayor’s Arts Awards, Artist Spotlight, First Thursday, public art, tabling, and outreach.
• Support operations by researching and writing communications, and assisting with building management administrative duties such as file management.
• Provide overall administrative support for the Muncie Arts and Culture Council.

• Must be pre‑approved through the Financial Aid Office.
• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Student must be enrolled in at least 6 credit hours.
• Student must be making Satisfactory Academic Progress as determined by the financial aid office.
• Student must have a current FAFSA on file.
• Prior office experience is preferred.
• Interest in arts and culture is preferred.
• A criminal background check will be completed on the selected applicant.
