About the Role
As a Project Manager, you’ll be the expert voice on‑site – a professional with deep knowledge and highly developed technical expertise in Project Management, responsible for developing project plans, budgets, and delivering precision work that meets customer expectations.
Key Responsibilities- Manage projects following project processes and provide direction to assisting Field Engineers.
- Complete projects per contractual requirements within budget and on‑time, achieving high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the overall financial performance of assigned projects, including project planning, billing, revenue forecasting, accounts‑receivable collections, and re‑estimating costs of installation projects.
- Manage the delivery of the contracted scope and secure change orders for expansion.
- Coordinate project materials and resource usage, identify constraints, and assist with corrective action plans.
- Maintain relationships with subcontractors, identify issues, and implement corrective action plans.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years of Building Automation and Controls experience and/or 3+ years of professional experience in HVAC, Building Automation or Industrial Networking, including direct experience with IP networking, Modbus protocols, or PLC programming.
- 1+ year of experience with the Microsoft Office Suite.
- Clean and valid driver’s license.
- Capability to climb ladders or use other lift equipment above 8 feet and lift items up to 50 lbs.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HVAC (Building Automation Controls), Engineering, Electrical or Mechanical.
- Building Automation or PLC experience.
- PMP certification.
- Strong ability to lead and motivate teams.
- Excellent problem‑solving, planning, and project management skills.
- Knowledge of project financial reporting.
- Capable of managing multiple challenges simultaneously.
The annual salary for this position is between $64,500.00 and $ annually.
Other CompensationThis position may be entitled to short‑term cash incentives, subject to plan requirements.
