Hours are 40 hrs/wk:
Scheduling for this position is primarily day time hours M-F, but could occasionally include evenings/ weekends.
Hours of Operation are:- Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
- Saturday, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Sunday, 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM

Job Summary:Sets the tone for an exceptional experience by welcoming all guests to our organization in a friendly, helpful manner. Serves as an information resource by answering questions, providing accurate up-to-date information and giving directions to areas within the hospital and any adjoining medical facilities. Responsible for being a culture champion by embracing and demonstrating the mission and vision of the organization.
Requires a concierge level customer service attitude.
- Excellent Customer Service
- Clear Communication
- Basic Computer skills
- Transporting patient and family members to destinations throughout the hospital in a wheelchair
- Ability to provide wheelchair assistance for individuals of various sizes is essential
- Customer Service experience
- High School Diploma/GED required.
- Previous concierge level customer service experience preferred.
- Previous healthcare experience involving patient/public contact preferred.
