Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

• 4+ years of customer service, purchasing, warehouse, or related experience (in the distribution industry is preferred)
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
• Ability to quickly learn ERP and inventory systems
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Mechanical or technical aptitude is a plus

• Love solving problems and helping people find answers
• Can handle calls, chats, and emails without missing a beat
• Document details clearly and accurately
• Bring positive energy that makes customers feel heard
• Show up on time, ready to roll
