The Patient Care Representative (Dental Receptionist) will provide administrative support to facilitate the relationship between patients and dentists. With a focus on exceptional patient service, the Dental Receptionist is the front line for patient communication, assisting with administrative functions of dental care.
Interact with patients in a positive, professional manner via telephone and in personSchedule and confirm appointmentsReview and educate patients on treatment plans and financial responsibilitiesAccurately confirm insurance benefits, communicate, and collect patient paymentsMaintain and manage patient records from initial forms through billing, ensuring accurate data entryRespond to and reply to requests for informationMaintain strict compliance with HIPAA and patient privacy regulationsPerform other related duties as assignedMaintain clear speaking and telephone communication skillsExhibit a positive attitude and energetic personality#J-18808-Ljbffr
