Out Of School Program Director
This position supports the work of the Y; a leading nonprofit, charitable organization committed to strengthening community through youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. The 21st CCCL program is a complementary community-based program for school success. The 21st CCLC program is possible through the partnership between the YMCA of Muncie, The Muncie Public Library and Muncie Community Schools, The 21st CCLC program is funded by the Indiana Department of Education's 21st Century Community Learning Center Fund.
The OSL Program Director at the YMCA of Muncie maintains a supportive, positive atmosphere that welcomes and respects all individuals. The OSL Program Director coordinates and oversees all educational and family engagement facets of the YMCA's 21st CCLC's program. The OSL Director is committed to ensuring the highest quality complementary learning experiences for children in MCS with energy and creativity. The OSL Director will help ensure quality programming within all out of school learning locations.

Essential functions:
