Job Responsibilities
- Simulation for validation of recommended process changes
- Participate in Kaizen events and assist in implementing proposed improvements
- Assist in 5S activities to improve workflow and environment
- Participate in launch projects
- Maintain procedures and documents related to Industrial Engineering
- Review and validate standard work documentation, balance charts, capacity sheets, and contingency plans
- Develop and report on Industrial Engineering KPIs
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
- Master’s degree is a plus
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Negotiation, planning, and leadership skills
