Job Responsibilities

  • Simulation for validation of recommended process changes
  • Participate in Kaizen events and assist in implementing proposed improvements
  • Assist in 5S activities to improve workflow and environment
  • Participate in launch projects
  • Maintain procedures and documents related to Industrial Engineering
  • Review and validate standard work documentation, balance charts, capacity sheets, and contingency plans
  • Develop and report on Industrial Engineering KPIs

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant manufacturing experience preferred
  • Master’s degree is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Negotiation, planning, and leadership skills
