World Finance helps customers meet their financial needs and unlock their financial well-being. We’re an energetic team looking for a Financial Services Representative to guide customers on their financial journey.
Hourly Pay$16-$18 per hour
What you’ll do- Guide customers toward upward credit mobility through sound financial choices.
- Provide top-tier customer service, assisting customers with questions, concerns, and products.
- Process and prepare loan applications, take and process payments.
- Prepare loan documents and execute loan closing on current renewal loans.
- Balance assigned cash drawer daily.
- Prepare and complete the daily branch bank deposit and transport money to and from the bank.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and build community within your branch.
- Close approved and unmade applications daily.
- Help build tax clientele and provide tax services.
- Send complete and accurate credit denial letters within 30 days of application.
- Pay branch expenses as instructed by Branch Manager.
- Basic computer skills.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Demonstrated self-confidence and organizational skills.
- History of kindness, compassion, and helping others.
- Willingness to seek quality-driven solutions and embrace new ideas.
- Team player skills, pitching in when needed and accepting help.

- Frequently stationary with regular movement; occasional climbing, kneeling, bending, twisting, and reaching.

- Fast‑paced, high‑demand environment with shifting priorities and tight deadlines.
- Occasional local travel; may include extended hours, evenings, or weekends.

- Frequent interaction with customers and coworkers; must communicate clearly and professionally in person, by phone, and electronically.
- Regular, reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.
