Chase - 1635 West McGalliard Road - Responsibilities:
Welcome clients and greet them as they enter the branch, managing lobby flow and checking clients into the waiting queue;
Provide account servicing and maintenance, and assist with opening new accounts while complying with policies and regulations;
Educate clients on technology self-service options (Chase Mobile App, , ATMs) to meet their banking needs;
Build meaningful client relationships through active listening, empathy, and product knowledge, collaborating with branch team members to achieve financial goals;
Perform branch operations which may include handling cash devices such as the cash vault or ATMs, following bank policies and procedures
