Overview

This position is a Full-Time role at Ball Memorial Hospital. This full-time position is eligible for a $7500 sign-on bonus!

IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital is a 300-bed, Level 3 Trauma Care Hospital. The rehab department has a team of dedicated professionals, including experienced veterans willing to mentor and newer therapists bringing fresh ideas. There is collaboration within and across disciplines. We experience a high level of respect from the providers and hospital staff who refer a variety of patient types to therapy, including orthopedic, neurologic, oncology, and ICU patients.

The inpatient Acute Rehabilitation Unit is also staffed by our team.

• Requires graduation from an accredited academic program in physical therapy.
• If foreign-trained, graduation from a physical therapy education program outside the US with coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
• Requires current Physical Therapist license in the State of Indiana.
• Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
• Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
