• This location is a multi‑discipline specialty center offering PT, OT, and SLP services, including aquatic therapy, pelvic floor rehabilitation, lymphedema, neuro rehabilitation, orthopedics, and vestibular rehabilitation.
• Provide physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain, prevent disability, and help patients reach maximal performance.
• Deliver all components of direct patient care, including supervision of physical therapist assistants, support personnel, and students.
• Participate in education and operations activities that support patient care.

• Experience treating pelvic health or willingness to train in pelvic health therapy.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent bedside manners.
• Adaptability to fast‑paced settings.

• Graduation from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Foreign‑trained candidates must have completed an equivalent program accepted by the Indiana Physical Therapy Licensing Administration.
• Current Physical Therapist license in Indiana.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Advanced life‑support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.
