Roles and ResponsibilitiesNew/Upcoming Graduates encouraged to apply! This position is at an outpatient pediatric rehabilitation facility that offers PT, OT, and SLP services for children ages birth to 13 years of age focusing on improving independence and increasing participation in everyday life. There is a large team of therapists and support staff committed to each other and our patients. Provides physical therapy services to restore function, reduce pain and prevent disability following disease or injury, and assists patients to reach maximum performance levels.

- Requires a Master's Degree from an accredited academic program in speech pathology; or, if foreign trained, graduation from a speech pathology education program outside the US with educationally equivalent coursework accepted by Indiana PLA.
- Requires current license in the State of Indiana.
- Requires a certificate of clinical competence awarded by the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) or eligibility for this certificate.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
