Meridian Health Services is seeking a full-time, day-shift Revenue Cycle Technician in Muncie
, Indiana
. This role supports accurate, timely billing and assists both patients and staff.
The schedule for this role will be Monday thru Friday 7 am
-4 pm or 8am- 5 pm
- Process and apply patient and third-party payments
- Scan documents and resolve payment discrepancies
- Handle credit card payments, credits, and account adjustments
- Manage payer aging and submit electronic/paper claims
- Verify demographics and insurance eligibility
- Monitor payment agreements and coordinate collections
- Provide financial counseling and review financial forms
- Contact clients to schedule payments
- Appeal denied claims and communicate with payers
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Team-oriented, effective communicator
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- High School Diploma/GED required
- ICD/CPT coding experience preferred
