Operations Supervisor

You will begin with a training period on the 1st shift lasting up to one month. Following this, your standard hours will be Monday through Friday, from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM.

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to direct 2nd-shift activities at our Muncie, IN manufacturing site. You will oversee staffing logistics, time tracking, and employee support, while collaborating closely with site leadership to ensure seamless operations. This position is ideal for professionals with a background in production leadership, HR, or industrial workforce coordination who thrive in dynamic manufacturing settings.

• Coordinate daily staffing levels and shift schedules to ensure production targets are met.
• Maintain precise records of workforce attendance and timekeeping data.
• Utilize workforce management software to accurately log and track personnel information.
• Act as the main point of contact for 2nd-shift staff to resolve inquiries and address workplace issues.
• Foster a productive environment by managing performance, attendance, and necessary disciplinary procedures.
• Collaborate with site management to address operational hurdles and evolving staffing requirements.
• Help drive initiatives that improve overall employee retention and engagement.
• Ensure all safety incidents and operational documentation are recorded with high accuracy.
• Uphold organizational policies and help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team.

• Possess 1 to 3 years of experience in manufacturing supervision, HR, or related workforce management roles.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee or support a large-scale workforce.
• Strong capabilities in leadership, communication, and complex problem-solving.
• Proven capacity to handle sensitive employee matters with discretion and professionalism.
• Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

• Prior background working within industrial or production environments.
• Familiarity with HRIS or workforce management platforms, with UKG experience being advantageous.
• A degree in HR, business, or a similar discipline, or an equivalent combination of experience.
