Experience and Skills
- Essential: 2+ years in a technical support or application support role, preferably in Fin Tech or Payments
- Proven experience supporting or operating within the FIS TRAX environment
- Strong understanding of treasury and payments operations, including BAU workflows and messaging standards
- Ability to take initiative and make decisions confidently
- Experience with PGP file encryption/signature, certificate management, and file security best practices
- Familiarity with payment file formats (e.g., ISO 20022 / pain.
001, pain
002, camt
053, mt940) and transmission protocols - Experience managing secure connectivity (API, SWIFT, H2H)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to interact with clients, banks, and technical teams
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and self‑directed in handling daily operational responsibilities
- This role requires availability during US business hours (Eastern Time, 09:00–17:00)
- Desirable:
Familiarity with scripting or automation tools for monitoring - Desirable:
Exposure to regulatory compliance and audit processes in banking or finance sectors - Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification or similar
- Essential:
First university degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar fields - Desirable: ITIL Foundation certification or similar
- English:
