We are seeking a well-rounded professional with strong customer service skills and a solid understanding of school financial processes, school accounting, and/or payroll processing. In this role, you will receive the technology, training, and team support you need to succeed.
This role supports the Boyce Cloud platform and its modules, helping customers troubleshoot issues, learn the system, and maximize the value of our software.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Respond to customer calls and support requests related to the Boyce Cloud platform
- Troubleshoot issues, providing quick and accurate resolutions
- Demonstrate knowledge of financial management, fund accounting, payroll, and human resources when assisting customers
- Take ownership of customer issues and manage escalations as needed to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Maintain service level expectations and prioritize logged support requests effectively
- Conduct remote training sessions to help customers understand product functionality and how it applies to their daily responsibilities
- Contribute to team knowledge sharing and assist in training fellow support staff
- Play a key role in supporting customers within a growing technology company
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and vendor partners by acting as a trusted problem solver
- Help school employees leverage technology to manage funds and comply with state regulations
- Contribute ideas and feedback to continuously improve processes, tools, and customer experiences
- Ability to multitask and think quickly in a fast-paced support environment
- Strong customer service mindset with empathy and professionalism
- Excellent communication skills and patience when working with customers
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
- High School Diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- School finance, payroll and human resource functions, roles, and responsibilities
- Experience with Boyce / Komputrol product applications
