Position: 2nd Shift Supply Chain Specialist - 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Shift: 2nd Shift – Flexible Days 2:30 pm to 11:00 pm, Monday‑Friday with rotating weekends. Salary: $18–$22 per hour. Position is permanent.
Position:
Medical Supply Chain Specialist. Responsible for managing all aspects of our medical supply chain, from receiving to shipping and logistics.
Responsibilities
Oversee receiving, storing, and distributing all medical supplies and equipment.Coordinate and monitor supply chain operations to ensure accurate and timely delivery of products.Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and secure best pricing and delivery schedules.Implement supply chain optimization strategies to increase efficiency and reduce costs.Utilize freight management systems to track shipments and resolve any issues that arise.Manage order fulfillment processes, ensuring orders are processed accurately and delivered on time.Comply with all regulatory standards and guidelines related to medical supply chain management.Continuously evaluate and improve supply chain performance metrics.Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to forecast demand and manage inventory levels.Handle supply chain issues such as delays in delivery, damage to goods, etc.Qualifications
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in supply chain management, preferably in the medical or services industry.Proven experience in receiving, shipping, freight management, and order fulfillment.Strong understanding of supply chain processes and best practices.Excellent negotiation and vendor relationship skills.Strong analytical skills for interpreting supply chain data.Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly.Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred.Additional Information
