Shift: 11 PM - 7:30 AM, Monday-Friday

What Fuels Success Here:

• GED or diploma; technical schooling is a plus.
• 2-3 years of experience fixing machines, tools, or facilities.
• Comfortable reading schematics, manuals, and blueprints.
• Familiar with HVAC, plumbing, welding, or CMMS? Even better.
• Physically fit and ready for real-world work.

What You'll Be Doing

• Check machines, spot problems early, and keep them running smoothly.
• Troubleshoot breakdowns fast - electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, whatever's thrown your way.
• Handle repairs and preventive maintenance so downtime doesn't win.
• Keep the crew safe and the floor moving.
