Dormont Manufacturing Co in Muncie, Indiana is seeking a Production Supervisor responsible for managing and directing the daily operations of the Production Department. The ideal candidate will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring all safety, production, and quality standards are met while achieving on-time delivery commitments.
With a minimum of 3 to 5 years of supervisory experience in a high-speed manufacturing setting, the successful applicant will also be capable of leading and mentoring operators. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and experience with SAP is preferred.
