Element Resources is seeking a senior supervisor for the Garfield Recycling Facility in Muncie, Indiana. You will lead Supervisors and plant staff across Furnaces, Refining, Breaker, Maintenance and Environmental to meet production targets with quality products.
You will implement continuous improvement, enforce safety, and coordinate with maintenance, quality, and HR to optimize schedules, costs and staffing. Candidates should have a strong manufacturing background and leadership skills.
