Responsibilities- Support manufacturing engineering projects by conducting tests, collecting data, and analyzing results to improve manufacturing processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting production issues and implementing corrective actions to minimize downtime and maintain product quality.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including production, quality, and design to ensure smooth manufacturing operations and process improvements.
- Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience supporting manufacturing engineering or technician roles in a production environment.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, fixture/tooling design, quality control, and process improvement techniques.
- Proficiency with data collection and analysis tools, manufacturing equipment, and basic troubleshooting skills to support manufacturing operations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with CAD software, preferably AutoCAD Inventor.
- Experience with CAM software, preferably Mastercam
- Ability to read blueprints with tolerancing and GD&T
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross‑functional teams and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to work under pressure.
