Sure Staff is hiring Machine Operators for a leading facility in Muncie. This is a hands on production role where you will run equipment, support assembly, and help keep production moving. If you have manufacturing experience and want steady hours, weekly pay, and a path to grow, this is the opportunity for you.
Pay: $16.50-$17/hr
What you will do- Operate CNC machines, grinders, assembly presses, and test stations
- Set up machines, complete changeovers, and perform basic maintenance
- Support assembly, packaging, labeling, and material handling
- Read blueprints and follow work instructions to meet quality standards
- Use measuring tools like calipers and micrometers
- Follow safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organized
- Help solve production issues and keep operations running smoothly
- At least 9 months of manufacturing experience
- Experience in automotive manufacturing is a plus
- Comfort working with machines and production equipment
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and stay flexible
- Strong attention to detail and a team first mindset
- Standing and working with machinery throughout your shift
- Lifting up to 40 pounds occasionally
- Overtime and weekend work as needed
