Part Time Field Staff

This is a part-time on-site role for a Field Staff position located in Muncie, IN. The Field Staff will work to develop and nurture relationships that facilitate spiritual growth and discipleship. Daily tasks include leading group discussions, providing one-on-one mentorship, conducting training sessions, and organizing outreach activities. The role involves fostering a supportive and caring community while helping individuals grow in their faith and leadership abilities.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships and guide spiritual conversations.
• Analytical and troubleshooting abilities to address challenges and improve processes effectively.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to provide training to individuals and groups.
• Experience in building and nurturing teams is preferred.
