Great Lakes Christian College is looking for a dedicated Lead Pastor who will provide vision and leadership to their congregation. The ideal candidate will prepare and preach biblically-based sermons throughout the year and develop strategies to lead non-Christians to Christ.
Additional responsibilities include leading church staff, conducting weddings and funerals, and fulfilling duties assigned by the Elders. A bachelor’s or master’s degree is preferred, alongside a commitment to the church's mission and doctrine.
