- Provide safe, high-quality anesthesia care
- Perform pre‑anesthesia evaluations and develop individualized anesthesia plans
- Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for diverse patient populations
- Provide post‑anesthesia care and collaborate with PACU teams
- Supportive and collegial Anesthesia Care Team Model

- Master's or Doctoral degree from an accredited nurse anesthesia program or Master's degree from an accredited anesthesiology assistant program
- Current eligible Indiana license
- National certification (NBCRNA or NCCAA)
