Shift options: 6am-2pm, 6am-6pm, 2pm-10pm, 6pm-6am, 10pm-6am. Position is full‑time with benefits.
Job Summary
The RN will provide nursing care to patients at Brookside Care Behavioral Health LTC facility. Responsibilities include administering medications, monitoring vital signs, delivering basic patient care, maintaining accurate records, and communicating with other healthcare professionals as needed.
Key Responsibilities- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician.
- Monitor and record vital signs.
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming).
- Assist with mobility and transfers.
- Document patient care and progress in medical records.
- Communicate with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Provide emotional support to patients and their families.
- Adhere to all nursing standards and procedures.
- Current RN license in the state of Indiana.
- Experience working in a nursing home or long‑term care facility.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Basic computer skills.
Salary: $40.00 - $44.00 per hour, based upon experience and knowledge.
