Registered Nurse; Rn Nights

Job Summary

AMG Specialty Hospital – Muncie offers a full‑time RN position for night shifts with a $10,000 sign‑on bonus, higher hourly rates than market, and shift differentials for night and weekend shifts.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in the acute care setting.
• Communicate with physicians, CCO/co‑workers, and patients regarding changes in clinical condition, diagnostic study results, and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments with adequate supervision.
• Manage complex medical conditions such as respiratory failure requiring ventilation, high‑flow, BiPAP, CPAP, and nasal cannula; sedation/pain management; blood pressure management; cardiac/anti‑arrhythmic management; complicated infections requiring long‑term IV antibiotics; chronic non‑healing wounds requiring wound vacs and dressing changes.

Pay up to $45 per hour based on years of experience, ICU experience, and national certifications; higher hourly rates than market. Shift differentials are paid for all night and weekend shifts.
$10,000 sign‑on bonus or tuition reimbursement, subject to a 2‑year commitment.

• Active Indiana Registered Nurse licensure.
• Current BLS certification.
• Current ACLS certification.
