Manages the ongoing analysis, development, and implementation of methods and systems to improve overall efficiency and effectiveness of services and functions. Accountable for assuming leadership in the area of clinical education design, planning, implementation and evaluation for Nursing and Patient Care Services. Responsible to partner through matrix report structure to assigned facility CNO to align and support strategic goals both facility and departmental.
Provides leadership and guidance to the clinical educators.
This is a fully onsite role Monday-Friday day shift at the EB Ball Learning Center.

Candidate Qualifications
Candidates for the position will be evaluated according to the following criteria and competencies.
- Bachelors of Nursing (BSN) required.
- Masters in nursing preferred.
- Requires an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
- Requires that the RN has graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
- Requires Basic Life Support certification through the AHA.
- Other advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty according to patient care policies.
- Requires completion Clinical Specialty Professional Certification within 1 year upon meeting eligibility requirements.
- Requires 5-7 years of relevant experience.
