Qualified NP/PA hourly rate is $75 per hour
.

Monthly bonus opportunities and a signing bonus of $20,000 paid within the first six months of employment. The full bonus is dependent on performance, employment dates, and contract details.

• Provide high‑quality care to patients in an urgent care setting.
• Manage adult and pediatric patients in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment.
• Accurately diagnose and treat a wide range of ailments.
• Contribute to a positive and supportive medical community.

• 1 year of experience in emergency medicine or 18 months of experience in a high‑volume urgent care setting, including management of adult and pediatric patients.
• Licensure as a Physician Assistant or Family Nurse Practitioner in the state of application.
• Active board certification with NCCPA for Physician Assistants.
• Active board certification with AANP or ANCC for Family Nurse Practitioners.

• 2+ years of experience in emergency medicine.
• 3+ years of experience in a high‑volume urgent care setting, including management of adult and pediatric patients.
