Licensed Practical Nurse; LPN

Signature Healthcare of Muncie is a 185‑bed facility dedicated to providing patient‑centered, quality long‑term care. We are seeking a caring LPN who wants to make strong connections and have a meaningful impact on patients.

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to our patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day‑to‑day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with Federal, State, and Local standards, guidelines, and regulations as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that all nursing personnel assigned to you comply with the written policies and procedures established by the facility.

• Possess an active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and simultaneously maintain multiple projects while maintaining high quality and productivity.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
