Overview

AMG Specialty Hospital – Central Indiana Muncie Campus is a Long‑Term Acute Care hospital that specializes in complex medical needs. Located on the 5th floor of IU Health Ball Memorial Hospital in Muncie, IN.

• Provide direct and indirect patient care in a long‑term acute care setting for patients with conditions such as respiratory failure, sedation/pain management, pressor and cardiac management, complicated infections, and chronic wounds.
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and co‑workers about changes in patients’ clinical condition, diagnostic results, and symptomatology.
• Respond quickly and accurately to changes in condition or treatment response.
• Perform general nursing duties in all departments under adequate supervision.

• Current Indiana Registered Nurse (RN) licensure.
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Current Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
• Ability to communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.

Pay up to $45 per hour based on experience, ICU experience and national certifications. Shift differentials are paid for night and weekend shifts. Sign‑on bonus of $10,000 or tuition reimbursement available with a 2‑year minimum commitment. Employees may participate in the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
