SHIFT: FT & PT Nights

Location:

Ball Memorial Hospital - Muncie, Indiana
Part- and full-time roles are eligible for a $30,000 sign‑on bonus.

• Minimum of one year of Registered Nurse (RN) experience.
• Associates of Nursing (ASN) required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• RN must have graduated from a nationally accredited nursing program.
• Exception:
  Candidates without a nationally accredited program may be considered if they have more than two years of acute care experience, subject to review by the Chief Nursing Officer.
• Active RN license in Indiana or an active Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) RN license.
• Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association.
• Additional advanced life support certifications may be required per unit/department specialty.

• Care of chest tubes and arterial lines.
• Managing and titrating intravenous drips.
• Management of drains, tubes, and lines (ostomies, feeding tubes, central lines, etc.).
• Surgical site care (sutures, staples, dressing changes).
• Tracheostomy care.
