The ideal Assistant Director of Nursing candidate is highly detail‑oriented, organized, and knowledgeable of policies and government regulations.

• Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department.
• Assist the Director of Nursing (DON) in the overall operation of the department in accordance with company policies, standards of nursing practice, and government regulations to maintain quality care.
• Delegate to Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.

• Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license.
• Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience.
• One (1) to two (2) years of management/supervisory experience preferred.
• Must have current/active CPR certification.
