Role Overview
A Registered Nurse (RN) provides high-quality dialysis care to patients with kidney disease, working under supervision and assisting Patient Care Technicians (PCTs).
Key Responsibilities- Patient Care:
Conducts physical assessments, monitors treatments, documents care, reviews medication profiles, and administers medications per physician orders. - Teamwork:
Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team, ensures adequate staffing, and supports care planning activities. - Safety & Quality:
Adheres to policies, procedures, and regulations, participates in staff meetings and continuing education.
- Current nursing license in the relevant state.
- Ability to distinguish all primary colors.
- Preferred:
One or more years of nursing experience, especially in dialysis.
