Hospice RN Team Manager

Responsibilities may include:

Supervise the planning, coordination and delivery of care.

Ensure all nurses' licenses and certifications are current in compliance with company and regulatory standards.

Review and coordinate nursing schedules and coverage.

Assist in leading the development of new programs and processes for the nursing team.

Provide direct services and patient care as needed.

Requirements for this position include:

Minimum of an associates degree or equivalent in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.

RN license.

Nursing experience preferably within Hospice specialty.

Management or supervisory experience is preferred.

Valid driver's license, car insurance and reliable transportation.

Willingness to travel throughout assigned service area.

Willingness to work weekend on-call when needed.
