Pay range is based on experience from $12.00/hr to $14.00/hr competitive pay, uncapped bonus potential, and a range of benefits.

We are looking for Retail Sales Associate / Retail Customer Service Team Members to lead the way today and step into greater roles tomorrow.

• Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers and interacting with them in person and on the phone.
• Process sales, loans, and extensions.
• Perform opening and closing store duties.
• Maintain a friendly, courteous, and respectful environment that sets us apart from the competition.

Start as a trainee in our 5‑week paid training program. Earn a $0.50 raise and promotion to Pawnbroker upon completion. Continue growth through the Pawnbroker Certification Program to earn an additional $1/hour. Potential to advance to Lead Pawnbroker (Shift Leader) and eventually Assistant Manager with a 6‑month training program to run your own store.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Customer service, cashier, or retail experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self‑motivated with a positive, outgoing personality and strong work ethic.
• Ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test, performed after a conditional offer.
• Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and regulations.
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items such as tools, jewelry, firearms, or electronics (plus).
• Sales background (plus). Bilingual (plus).
