• Drive sales growth through rental agreements and prospect new customers.
• Provide friendly, top‑notch customer experiences via "white glove" service in store and at customers’ homes.
• Transport and install products safely, following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Maintain an inviting store—organize merchandise, keep it clean, and collaborate with coworkers.

• 1–3 years of retail, customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum age 18.
• Valid state driver’s license and a clean driving record; you will be driving company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills.
