Base Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 + Performance Incentives.

Position Overview

The District Manager is responsible for leading multiple retail locations within an assigned territory, driving revenue growth, improving operational performance, developing store leadership, and ensuring a world‑class customer experience.

This role requires a strategic leader who can balance sales performance, talent development, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, and profitability across multiple locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support multiple retail store locations within an assigned district.
  • Manage and develop Store Managers and retail leadership teams.
  • Build a culture of accountability, performance, and employee engagement.
  • Conduct regular store visits to evaluate operations, sales execution, and customer experience.
  • Identify and develop future leaders through coaching and succession planning.
  • Drive district‑wide sales performance and exceed revenue goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales initiatives and growth plans.
  • Monitor key business metrics (Revenue, Conversion Rates, Customer Acquisition, Customer Retention, Gross Profit, Productivity, Net Promoter Score).
  • Analyze performance data and implement action plans to improve results.
  • Partner with Store Managers to maximize sales opportunities and operational efficiency.
  • Recruit, hire, train, and retain top‑performing retail leaders.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and leadership coaching sessions.
  • Create development plans for Store Managers and emerging leaders.
  • Partner with Training teams to implement sales training programs.
  • Foster a high‑performance culture focused on continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
  • Oversee inventory management, cash handling, merchandising, and store presentation.
  • Identify operational efficiencies and cost‑saving opportunities.
  • Maintain consistency in execution across all district locations.
  • Ensure stores meet company standards for compliance, safety, and customer experience.
  • Champion a customer‑first culture throughout the district.
  • Drive improvements in customer satisfaction and Net Promoter Scores (NPS).
  • Support teams in resolving escalated customer concerns.
  • Ensure stores consistently deliver exceptional service experiences.
Qualifications Required
  • Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent Leadership Experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in District Management, Area Management, Multi‑Unit Retail Management, Retail Operations Leadership, or Sales Management.
  • Proven track record of leading multiple locations and achieving sales goals.
  • Experience developing managers and high‑performing teams.
  • Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
  • Experience managing KPIs, budgets, and operational performance.
  • Ability to travel throughout assigned territory.
