Specialist – Off Field Operations

Responsible for supporting critical processes and ensuring the store is consistently ready for athletes.

• Deliver an outstanding athlete experience by proactively engaging athletes to understand their shopping needs and providing accurate, knowledgeable information about products and assortment.
• Anticipate athlete needs and actively drive sales through product and services recommendations and a deep understanding of athlete needs.
• Assist with onboarding and training of new and existing team members as subject matter expert, focusing on best practices, selling skills, and key operational processes.
• Serve as a go‑to expert in designated process categories, ensuring smooth execution and high productivity.
• Demonstrate efficiency and effectiveness in process execution while maintaining an athlete‑first mindset; ensure products are ready for purchase and athletes are engaged when, where, and how they want.
• Uphold merchandising and presentation standards by following floor set plans, signage, price changes, inventory presentation, replenishment standards, etc.
• Promote and drive customer participation in company programs (customer loyalty program, warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
• Create a welcoming store environment where teammates and athletes are treated with respect.
• Adhere to safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures, and applicable laws and guidelines.

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1‑3 years of experience; preferred: previous retail or customer‑facing experience.
