We are looking for a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawn Broker) to join the EZCORP family, which includes EZPAWN, Value Pawn, and more. This role focuses on customer service, sales, and team leadership in a fun and fast‑paced retail environment. The pay range is based on experience from $14.00/hr to $17.00/hr, with opportunities to increase earnings through performance bonuses and career advancement.

The Retail Shift Manager will provide outstanding customer service, build relationships with customers, and promote sales of a wide variety of pawn items. Leading by example, you will supervise and coach store Team Members and conduct opening and closing procedures.

The ideal candidate possesses an engaging personality, solid leadership, strong negotiation talents, and the ability to read and manage customer needs. Key qualities include high organization, detail orientation, strong judgment, time management, prioritization, excellent communication, and interpersonal skills. Experience building ongoing customer relationships is essential.

• High school diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key holder, or team/shift‑lead experience
• Pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
• Adhere to all Company policies, procedures, and regulations
• Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) – a plus
• Sales background – a plus
• Bilingual – a plus
