Our project consultants directly impact the lives of homeowners in the community by educating and guiding them towards the real, lasting solutions we provide through our guttering, roofing, windows, and doors.

• Earning potential is at $100,000-$250,000

• Meeting with homeowners and conducting preliminary home inspections to identify a need in the home
• Guiding homeowners through sales appointment and presenting best solutions for their nee
• Managing and driving personal NSLI and to meet benchmark targets
• Daily role-playing and training
• Receiving and responding to regular coaching

• Prior sales experience is helpful, but not required
• A driven, goal-loving, self-driven attitude
• Passion for building and maintaining relationships
• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence when pitching ideas and negotiating
• Problem solving skills
• Ability to achieve daily door minimum in a variety of weather elements and landscapes
